FundingThere are essentially three ways in which a corporate book can be funded, by the organisation itself or by the organisation in co-operation with its key suppliers. At Focus Publishing we refer to these three options as 'CLIENT FUNDED' books, 'CO-FUNDED' books and 'FULLY-FUNDED' books. Funding options include but are not limited to: Co-funded: Focus is unique in Australia in the implementation of co-funded publications for corporates. Co-funding is the term we use to describe books where companies jointly fund a publication . In terms of corporate histories and books co-funding is secured by a combination of funds from the principle company and key suppliers. Focus has had major success in this area and undertakes all components of the co-funding including creating a project proposal, approaching suppliers, managing their participation in the project and delivering on contractual obligations. Clients we have produced co-funded books for include Qantas, Woolworths, the Salvation Army, Traveland, Inter-Continental Hotels and Resorts-Asia Pacific, Australia Post, Crown Casino, the Queensland Cricket Ground Trust. Fully funded: In these books Focus takes on the key role in creating and delivering a book (usually for a specific industry or state) for which it secures funding for the entire project. Books we have produced in this group include those in the Focus on Australia Series and the Australia in Profile Series. If you would like to take advantage of our expertise in securing funding, please contact Focus Publishing |
