Delivery and Returns

Delivery
Most deliveries are made within 7 days of the order being received by Focus Publishing. However, some items may take a little longer - please allow up to two weeks for rural delivery and four weeks for international delivery.

Stock Availability
All items displayed on this site have been included in good faith on the basis that the goods, as described, will be available at the time of sale. If for any reason we are unable to supply all items requested in an order, the unavailable item(s) will be placed on backorder. These will be delivered as soon as the item(s) become available.

Returns
Products returned must be in original condition and must be returned within 14 days of receipt, accompanied by the original invoice. Please affix appropriate postage to the package and send it to the Focus Publishing address shown on the invoice. The cost of this postage is not refundable. Immediately the product is returned you will receive an immediate credit or refund of the full purchase price (excluding delivery charges). If you receive a product that is faulty or has been supplied incorrectly, please call the Focus Publishing Customer Service number to arrange an exchange or refund.
