CostsThe cost of producing a corporate book varies enormously depending on the size, format, print run, author, size of manuscript and printing option selected. There are also significant 'hidden' costs for companies who consider undertaking such a project themselves - management time, learning-curve mistakes, lack of film and print buying expertise, corrections and amendment costs and potential reprinting of all or part of the book as a result of mistakes, legal or corporate concerns that were not addressed at the correct time. At Focus we have produced books/booklets from as little as $40,000 and over $500,000. Most reasonably sized corporate books would fall between $80,000-$200,000 depending on the print run and other factors outlined in How to Publish Your Book. The project fee is payable in installments over the contract period with the final installment due after delivery of the books. All variations requested by the client are costed and sent to our clients for approval before implementation. There are a number of funding options available if you want to spread the cost of the project and these can be found under the section Funding. |
